At Luxe & Lit, every box is thoughtfully curated to provide a unique and luxurious self-care experience. Because of the personalized nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want to ensure that you receive your items in perfect condition. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luxeandlit.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will happily send a replacement item of similar value to make it right.
