The FMC Journey: A Transformational Group Experience
Every heroine starts somewhere.
The FMC Journey: A Transformational Group Experience draws inspiration from the powerful, messy, and transformative journeys of our favorite female main characters (or FMCs). Whether it’s Nesta's climb through rage and ruin or Auren’s reclamation of her voice and independence, this group honors the sacred work of healing, growth, and fierce self-acceptance. You don’t need to be fearless. You don’t need to be healed. You just need to be willing to take the next step.
Together, we explore:
Self-Forgiveness and Acceptance: The arc of every FMC who faces her pain and chooses herself anyway.
Friendship & Sisterhood: The deep, soul-bonded ties that help her remember her worth.
Empowerment and Resilience: The strength it takes to rise, rewrite, and reclaim her power.
Love & Belonging: This isn't about always about finding her Cassian but rather the love she gives herself first and the kind she learns to receive without shrinking.
Values & Goals: The way she sets her true north and follows through regardless of the challenges she faces.
This is a circle for those of us who have seen parts of ourselves in the pages of stories- in the characters we connect with- and are now ready to live out our own FMC journey.
The FMC Journey invites you to step into your story, with support, intention, and a little bit of magic.

Your Questions Answered
What is Group Coaching?
While I'm a licensed therapist, the FMC Journey will be a coaching group designed to develop a support network, accountability and insight. This coaching group is a virtual space designed for members who are open to taking a deeper dive into the characteristics that make them unique, eager to enhance their well-being and finally ready to conquer the challenges that keep them stuck. By the end, they'll walk away with a truer sense of self, a stronger belief in their capabilities and more aligned with the story they want to live.
Why Group Coaching?
While therapy provides valuable support for mental health concerns, this group is structured as coaching to avoid the constraints required within the therapeutic setting. Coaching allows us to focus on proactive steps toward health and wellness without the clinical framework of therapy.

How is the FMC Journey Structured?
Each coaching group runs for 8 weeks and is closed, meaning the same members journey together from start to finish. New members will only be added with consensus from the existing members. This allows for trust, continuity, and deeper connection. Groups are capped at 12 members to ensure everyone has space to be seen and heard. While there's a general rhythm to the meetings- weekly meetings, reflective prompts and guided discussions- each group may unfold a bit differently depending on the energy, needs and interests of its members.
Do you Offer Individual Coaching?
Yes! While there is so much to gain from the group model, there are times where you may want more support. I am available for individual sessions, as well. If you are also participating in group sessions, the hourly rate for individual coaching is reduced.

Hi, I’m Adina, owner of Luxe & Lit. For over 20 years, my work has centered on helping others grow, heal, and care for themselves and their families. As a licensed therapist (LMFT) and certified nutrition coach, I bring both heart and expertise to this space. I’ll be facilitating the groups and make the following commitments to you:
Inclusivity & Safety- This space is for everyone. I'm committed to creating a welcoming, respectful environment where all identities and experiences are honored.
Compassion Over Perfection- Growth takes time. We'll celebrate progress and lead with grace when things feel hard.
Confidentiality & Trust- The expectation is that what's shared in the group stays in the group. While trust is sacred here and I will always protect your privacy, the nature of groups means that the group attendees share in the the responsibility of maintaining that trust.
Empowerment Through Support- You are the expert of your own life. My role is to guide, support and empower- not judge or prescribe. The group belongs to all who attend.
Commitment with Flexibility- Groups work best when members are committed to attending. There may be times when you have to miss or times when group has to be rescheduled but I'm committed to valuing the time of each group member.
